Huisache – Atrium
This single-family home offered a design with a multitude of outdoor rooms and heightened its residential street appeal design. The residential design of this property consisted of improving the street appeal through the use of lush perennial gardens in a contemporary design. Consequently, this was able to give the residence an encapsulating exterior including a unique and intricate atrium design.
A natural stone patio at the back of the home allows for outdoor gathering and entertainment. This outdoor space also included a beautiful butterfly, hummingbird and edible garden area. A newly installed contemporary sculpture was placed to enhance the beauty of the space. This outdoor design has fully transformed this property to elevate its curb appeal and become more enticing and inviting. Custom furnishings on this new deck included built-in seating with planters and a fire table. This created an incredibly unique and tranquil outdoor lounge space with warm hues inviting for every season.
This residential street appeal design enhances not only the entryway but also the elevates the backyard to become a more inviting area for entertaining and leisure. Outdoor lighting was installed across the entire property to create a gorgeous, illuminating nighttime aesthetic, as well. Additionally, the property also features an atrium with water elements including a cascading fountain that is brought to life with a wide array of multi-season color. This seamless flow of green space creates a Zen atmosphere unique to its neighbors.
The design as a whole works to bring a vibrant aesthetic throughout all seasons of the year while minimizing the physical maintenance demands. Evidently, doing so leaves a long-lasting street appeal.
