Huisache – Curb Appeal
This single-family home offered a large corner lot in which to create a multitude of outdoor rooms. Additionally, this project was able to heighten its residential curb appeal design. The front entryway landscape design of this property consisted of improving the curb appeal through the use of lush perennial gardens. Evidently, this contemporary design was able to give the residence an encapsulating exterior including a unique and intricate deck design.
A natural stone patio at the back of the home allows for outdoor gathering and entertainment within a beautiful butterfly, hummingbird and edible garden area. This reinvented space includes a newly installed contemporary sculpture to enhance the beauty of the space. This custom outdoor furniture design has fully transformed this property in order to elevate its curb appeal. Furthering the property’s potential and beauty allows the property to become more enticing and inviting. Custom furnishings on this new deck included built-in seating with planters and a fire table to create an incredibly unique and tranquil outdoor lounge space with warm hues inviting for every season.
This residential design enhances not only the front entryway landscape for stronger curb appeal but also the backyard. Doing so allows the property to become a more inviting area for gathering, entertaining, relaxation and leisure. This design featured the installation of outdoor lighting that created a gorgeous, illuminating nighttime aesthetic, as well. The property also features an atrium with water elements including a cascading fountain that is brought to life with a wide array of multi-season color. This seamless flow of green space creates a Zen atmosphere unique to its neighbors.
The design as a whole works to bring a vibrant aesthetic throughout all seasons of the year while minimizing the physical maintenance demands leaving a long-lasting street appeal.
