Huisache – Street Appeal

Built, Residential

This single-family home offered a large corner lot in which to create a multitude of outdoor rooms and heighten its residential street appeal design. The residential street appeal design of this property consisted of improving the street appeal through the use of lush perennial gardens in a contemporary design giving the residence an encapsulating exterior including a unique and intricate entryway.

A natural stone patio at the back of the home allows for outdoor gathering and entertainment within a beautiful butterfly, hummingbird and edible garden area including a newly installed contemporary sculpture to enhance the beauty of the space. This outdoor design has fully transformed this property to elevate its curb appeal and become more enticing and inviting by furthering potential and beauty. Custom furnishings on this new deck included built-in seating with planters and a fire table to create an incredibly unique and tranquil outdoor lounge space with warm hues inviting for every season.

This residential street appeal design enhances not only the entryway for stronger curb appeal but also the backyard to become a more inviting area for gathering, entertaining, relaxation and leisure. Outdoor lighting was installed across the entire property to create a gorgeous, illuminating nighttime aesthetic, as well. The property also features an atrium with water elements including a cascading fountain that is brought to life with a wide array of multi-season color. This seamless flow of green space creates a Zen atmosphere unique to its neighbors.

The design as a whole works to bring a vibrant aesthetic throughout all seasons of the year while minimizing the physical maintenance demands leaving a long-lasting street appeal.
