Art received his bachelors in architecture from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand and his masters in real estate at Cornell University. He works with Urban America and previously with Tierra Design and Büro Ole Scheeren where projects ranged from iconic multi-family apartments to luxury single-family homes and resorts. He has entrepreneurial experiences in different realms of hospitality as well.
